Divina has been teaching in Japan for more
than 7 years. She has an exellent teaching
technique. She has small children's classes
and adult classes. She likes teaching beginner
students through to business students. She
studies Japanese language and culture every
day so she can manage her classes well with
her Japanese students. Divina is popular among
our students for her personality, enthusiasm
and good teaching techniques.

Amy is from England. She was a member of the English
Karate National Team and has competed in the European
Wadokai Championships placing 3rd in the individual
Kumite and 3rd in the female team Kumite over two
years. She has been working with children in England
for 3 years teaching Karate. She is a very motivated
and serious teacher who is very good with small
children.

Zacharee has experience teaching preschool and
English classes and enjoys teaching both small children
to adult students. She is enthusiastic and efficient
working in pre-school, and is able to patiently
communicate with all the children . She also has
a very nice singing voice.

Kumiko is a bilingual teacher educated at middle school and high
school in America. She has experience in preschool teaching
and creates fun English-learning games and activities, including
arts and crafts. She is popular with students because she
has a cheerful personality and kind nature, and cares deeply
for them. |

| Yasuko joined our school in September 2006. She graduated
with qualifications in a child minding program at technical
school. Yasuko's professional experience also includes
working as a preschool manager and teacher. As a natural
communicator she is able to explain to parents the events
of their child's day. Yasuko has a creative curriculum
certificate from Child Care solutions. |

Risako has teaching experience in early childhood education in
Japan. She is very good with children and they love learning
to speak English by playing games and doing activities with
her. |

Yukiko is another expert Baby Sign Language (BSL) teacher.
She has a young daughter of her own and has taught her Sign
Language from an early age. The pair often talk in sign language
and feature on an American BSL website. Yukiko (and Keiko
and Von ) enjoy preparing lessons that make learning fun for
all involved. |

| Tamaki is a co-director of Rivercity English School.
Tamaki developed an interest in the English language
through hosting students and being an exchange student
herself while attending elementary school and high school.
Tamaki continued studying abroad through her university
years and is committed to providing good opportunities
to people who are interested in studying English. Tamaki
has a creative curriculum certificate from Child Care
Solutions and is happy to provide guidance to parents
and students. She is equally fluent in English and Japanese,
a teacher and a mother. |

| Keiko joined our school in April 2006. She has experience
teaching children how to use computers after attaining
a national qualification and working in the IT industry.
She also assists with rhythmic classes and childcare
for a not-for-profit organization. She is very excited
to be part of Rivercity's team and enjoys teaching children,
assisting in preschool classes. She has a creative curriculum
certificate from Child Care Solutions. Also trained
in dance and choreography, Keiko has an excellent perspective
of training, leadership and teamwork. |
