【大型クラスの生徒様(ML～Afterschool)】

第一～第三希望までの必要項目を入力し、送信をお願い致します。
 
2018年度クラスに在籍され、2019年度も2018年と同じクラス(同曜日・同時間帯)を
継続受講される方もご希望のクラスを確保するために、
こちらのフォームにて希望クラス申請が必要となります。
 
週2～週5の通学を希望される場合、
第一希望欄に全ての通学希望曜日をご記入下さい。
 
第一希望の曜日・時間に沿う事のできない場合もありますので、
第二希望（第三希望）もお知らせ下さい。
 
第一希望のクラスが満員となった場合、先着順で
キャンセル待ちリストにお名前を載せさせていただき、
第二希望のクラスをご案内致します。

優先順位について

1. ①2018年にクラスに在籍され、2019年度も同クラスを継続受講される生徒様
2. ②進級により、後続クラスへステップアップされる生徒様

上記の優先順位と先着順で受付させていただきます。
 
※受講希望者が3名に達しないクラスは、
新学期の4月時点では開講せず、開講待ちとなります。
 
※担任講師(Native/サポート講師ともに）は
2019年4⽉、クラス開始時に発表となります。

上記のクラスに関しては、こちらのフォームにて
希望クラスをお知らせいただく必要はございません。
 
今年度の曜日・時間帯を基準にクラスを設定致しますが、
講師の変更や、時間の微調整が発生することがありますのでご了承ください。
 
『曜日・時間変更が必要な方のみ、お早めにお知らせ下さい。』第一希望から第三希望までの
『曜日』を選択いただき、下の備考欄に『時間帯(例：3:30～6:00など)』をご記入下さい。
 
ご案内できるクラスが整い次第ご連絡させていただきます。
 
曜日・時間変更に関する希望の無い方にも、
時間調整をお願いする場合がございますので、
ご了承頂けますようお願い致します。

[The new class schedule for April 2019]

We would like to know which classes you would like
to attend from April 2019.
In order to secure class spaces, please make sure
to submit the form even if you are continuing
the current class.
Please select your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of the desired
class. If you are attending classes more than twice a week,
please select all your classes as 1st choice,
then select your 2nd choice.

【The determination of the class】

If classes become full, students who are already taking
the class have priority over new applicants and the rest
will be on a first-come and first-served basis.
If the class of your first choice exceeds capacity,
you will be on a waiting list and you will be enrolled
in your 2nd choice. If the class falls below the quota,
the class doesn’t open.
 
Your teachers will be announced on the first lesson in April 2019.
