We really want our students to try and master English
Phonics. Rather than focusing on the name of the letter, we go over the sound it makes. We watch videos as well as go over phonics spelling in our notebooks; moreover, we get the students to have a one on one time with the
teacher so that the teacher can help individuals with their strengths and weaknesses.
We encourage the children to express their own thoughts using the photos and videos as well as with their journal and workbooks. As a class we practice reading together; sometimes having students read their short stories aloud to the class. Native English teachers aim to have the children repeat useful phrases so they can have a more fluent way of speaking.
We follow along to the Natural English book while listening to the CD. You can also listen and practice at home together. We are preparing the students for our Afterschool class. We would for the students to create a strong base, where they recognize letters and phonics sounds in Kinder so that they can start to read by themselves by the time they enter Afterschool.
*The admission fee of ¥22,000 as well as workbook / Natural English fee
will be charged at the time of enrollment.

Roughly, my daughter can write all the letters from the alphabet now. She also can speak with a clear intonation, I’m proud to say she doesn’t have an accent. Her speaking abilities is far more than I could’ve imagined.
During the week my daughter attends a Japanese nursery school, so I searched for an English school for the weekends. I went to see many schools but they didn’t offer long period classes. Even though Rivercity English School is a little far away, we picked it since they offer longer English lessons.
I am relieved and proud to say that all the teachers here are so sweet and friendly. They think of activities and also teach every day rules/manners to the students. I really appreciate it when my daughter’s teachers explain to me what the children learned/did in class.
Use the inquiry form to book a trial day.
The trial lesson is for about 1 hour, you can enter the class with your Mom and see what the students and teachers are like. You can get an informationabout the school and have all your questions answered!
After a free trial lesson, you can have a 3 paid trial lesson without paying any admission cost. During this time children can observe the flow of the class and start to take interest.
We look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
